Riggs High Class of 1965 will hold its
45th Reunion on Saturday and Sunday, August 7th and 8th, 2010, in
Pierre SD. The following events are being
planned:

*Golf Outing - Saturday, August 7th, Hillsview Golf
Club, 4201 E. Hwy 34.
If you would like to play in the Class of 65 Outing on August
7th, please send an email to

Tee time has been set for 8AM to avoid the afternoon heat. If
anyone has a preference for a type of tournament and or kicking
in some $$ for prizes, let Gerry know. If you want to contact

* Mixer – Saturday at 7:00 p.m. -
American Legion Hospitality Room, 520 S. Pierre Street. We
have a DJ for the mixer, his name is Bryce. He will start at
8:30PM, playing music from the 50s and 60s!
* Picnic – Sunday at 11:00 a.m. -
American Legion Hospitality Room & Lawn.
* “Drag Euclid” – Sunday
approximately 1:30 pm.
Classmates are welcome to plan other
events as you wish. Gerry Boocock is planning the golf tournament -
more information will follow.
The “Drag Euclid” event will
commemorate one of our cherished teenage memories – driving around,
up and down Euclid Avenue. Visit

For motorcycle enthusiasts, the 70th
Annual Sturgis Rally begins on August 9th. What a great opportunity
to attend both shindigs! We’ll continue to post reunion
information on this web site. Bob

order. I don’t believe you have to pay the $10 registration
fee to place an order. You can select from their designs or
design your own. It was suggested by a classmate that we order
tee-shirts to wear at the reunion, especially the picnic and Drag
Euclid event on Sunday, Aug 8th.
